How it works

Starting is the hardest part. Here is all of it.

  1. You book a session

Pick a time that suits you — online, from wherever you are. Fifty minutes, and nothing to arrange beforehand.

  2. The session itself

Fifty minutes to understand the full picture. By the end we have named one or two things to work on first — and you leave with something you can already use.

  3. If you want to continue

We agree the rhythm in that session: weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, at the same day and time. Nothing is decided before we have met.

In their words
I came in convinced something was wrong with my heart. I left understanding my body. The panic hasn’t run my week since spring.
Client, 34 — anxiety and panic
I had not slept properly in a year. Six sessions later I stopped dreading the evening. That is not a small thing.
Client, 41 — insomnia
She never rushed me and she never let me off the hook either. That combination is rare.
Client, 28 — burnout

Whenever you’re ready — next week or in a month.

You do not need to have it worked out first, and nothing is committed to beyond the hour itself. Sessions run in Albanian or English, online from wherever you are.
