Support that fits what you’re actually dealing with
Whatever you bring, the shape is the same: a fifty-minute session where we look at what’s happening and decide together what would help most. One price for all of them, listed below.
Anxiety & panicOnline50 min · €35
Structured CBT work on the physical fear cycle: what triggers it, what keeps it going, and how to interrupt it. We build a toolkit you can use without me — breathing that actually works, exposure at a pace you set, and a way to stop fearing the fear itself.
Book a session- Have panic attacks or fear having one
- Avoid places, travel or situations
- Lie awake with a racing mind or tight chest
Depression & low moodOnline50 min · €35
For weeks that have flattened into each other: no energy, no interest, and a voice in your head harsher than you would use with anyone else. We get movement back before motivation returns — it usually arrives in that order — and work on the beliefs that keep the mood low.
Book a session- Wake up already tired of the day ahead
- Have stopped doing things you used to enjoy
- Judge yourself far more harshly than others
Stress, burnout & sleepOnline50 min · €35
For pressure that no longer switches off: exhaustion sleep does not fix, irritability, and nights spent awake with a working mind. We map where the load comes from, rebuild recovery, and treat the sleep problem directly rather than waiting for it to pass.
Book a session- Are exhausted but cannot fall asleep
- Feel far from work you used to care about
- Wake at 3am with a racing mind
Talks & workshopsOnlineBy arrangement
Practical mental-health sessions for teams, schools and community groups: stress and burnout, supporting a colleague in distress, anxiety literacy for parents and teachers. Each one is built for the room it is given in, so it is arranged by email rather than booked: write with who the group is, roughly how many people, and what you would like them to leave with, and Laureta replies with a proposal, a length and a price.
Email about a talk or workshop- Manage a team under sustained pressure
- Work with young people
- Want substance rather than a wellness poster
In person — Ferizaj
A private, quiet consulting room in Ferizaj is being prepared and will open soon. Until then every session is online — the same work, from wherever you are.
Booking ahead
Sessions are booked at least three days in advance, which leaves time to confirm the details and settle payment before we meet.
Online, anywhere
Video sessions on Google Meet — the same work, from your own room. Common for clients living abroad.
Between sessions
You leave with something small and concrete to try. No homework for its own sake.
What happens between booking and the session
Nothing here is a surprise, and nothing is paid on this website. You book a time, we confirm the details by email, and payment is settled before we meet.
You book, at least 3 days ahead
Pick a free slot on the booking page. The time is reserved straight away, and those 3 days are what make everything below possible.
An email with the payment details
Laureta writes to you with the fee and the bank transfer details.
You reply to confirm
This part matters. Write back to say which way you will pay, and ask anything you want answered before the session — the format, what the first meeting is like, anything at all. An appointment is only settled once that reply has arrived.
Then we meet
Payment is made before or at the session, whichever you chose. Online sessions are paid by transfer beforehand. Each session is paid for on its own — there is no package to buy and no deposit to put down.
Continuing: recurring sessions
If the work is going to continue, we set up a recurring session — weekly, every two weeks, or monthly — on the same day and time each time. That is arranged inside a session, not before one: you book a single appointment first, and we decide the rhythm once we both know what we are working on. Nothing is paid up front, and each session is settled as it comes.
A fixed slot is easier to protect than one negotiated again every time, and it is most of what makes therapy work: the same day, the same hour, already in your week. Every two weeks is the rhythm that suits most people — close enough together that nothing is lost between sessions, far enough apart to leave a real fortnight to try things out in ordinary life, where the change actually has to happen. Weekly suits an intense stretch, monthly a steadier one, and you can move between them as things change.
This website never takes payment. No card details are collected here and there is no payment processor. Bank details reach you only in an email from Laureta’s own address — if a payment request in her name arrives any other way, it did not come from her.

Practical questions
How much does a session cost?
€35 for 50 minutes, and that is the whole price list. It is the same fee whatever the session is about, whether it is your first or your fortieth. Talks and workshops for organisations are the one exception — those are quoted individually.
How many sessions will I need?
For focused anxiety or panic work, often six to twelve. Longer-standing difficulties take longer. We decide together, and you can stop whenever you want.
How do I set up regular sessions?
Book a single session first. If we both think the work should continue, we agree the rhythm there and then — weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, at the same day and time — and I hold that slot for you. There is nothing to arrange in advance and nothing to commit to before we have met.
Which rhythm should I choose?
Every two weeks suits most people: it is close enough that nothing is lost between sessions, and far enough apart to leave a real fortnight to try things out in your ordinary life, which is where the change actually happens. Weekly is better for an intense stretch, monthly for keeping steady ground once things have settled. We can move between them as your situation changes.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Nothing leaves the room except in the narrow legal cases of immediate risk, which I explain in the first session.
Where is the office?
A consulting room in Ferizaj is being prepared and will open soon — the address and directions will be sent with your appointment confirmation once it does. Until then all sessions are online.
Do online sessions work as well?
For most people, yes — the research shows comparable outcomes. Every session is online at the moment; a room in Ferizaj is being prepared for anyone who would rather sit in the same room.
What if I need to cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before. After that the session is charged, because the time was held for you.
What if I need to move one of my recurring sessions?
Tell me as early as you can and we find another time that week where possible. The fixed slot is there to protect the work, not to be rigid about one difficult week — the 24-hour cancellation rule is the only firm part.
Do you prescribe medication?
No, psychologists do not prescribe. If medication seems worth exploring, I work alongside a psychiatrist I trust.
How do I pay, and when?
By bank transfer — never on this website. After you book, you get an email with the payment details. Payment is made by transfer before the session. Each session is paid for on its own — there is no package and no deposit.
Can I switch between online and in-person sessions?
Every session is online at the moment, so there is nothing to switch between. Once the room in Ferizaj opens you will be able to keep a fixed slot there and move online for a week when travel or illness gets in the way.
