Booking happens on my calendar page. Pick a free slot and leave your details, and the time is held for you straight away. I then write to you to confirm it — and for an online session, that is settled once the payment has arrived.

There is a box asking what you would like to book for. A sentence or two is enough.
If this is your first session
You do not need to know how to explain it. Starting with “I am not sure where to begin” is a normal way to begin.
Nothing is committed to. You book one session, and whether there is a second one is decided afterwards, by you.
It is a conversation, not an assessment. I ask what brought you and what you would like to be different.
What happens next
Pick a time
At least 3 days ahead, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 Ferizaj time — and up to 60 days out. The calendar only offers slots that are free, and it shows them in your own time zone.
The time is held
Google emails you straight away to say the slot is booked. If the time turns out not to work, I write to you before the appointment.
Payment is arranged
I email you the details and you reply to confirm. That reply is what confirms the appointment — with the payment too, for an online session. If you are paying from abroad, book at least a week ahead: an international transfer can take a few working days. Nothing is paid on this website, and each session is settled on its own.
This website never takes payment. Bank details reach you only in an email from my own address.
